The Skin-Stealer Pyromage is a Dominion skin-stealer wearing the face of the late Eroni Omobar. She must be killed to continue your investigation. When she is defeated, you will see that she is actually a High Elf.

Skills and Abilities

Flare

A basic ranged attack that does minor flame damage.

Heat Wave

The enemy releases fire along the ground in the direction it is facing. This attack does moderate flame damage to all players hit by it. This spell can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance or simply avoided.

Fire Runes

The enemy shoots two fireballs in the air which form two fire runes when they land. The runes do moderate flame damage over time to all enemies within the red circles and should be avoided. Players should be prepared to move as soon as the attack casts as one rune will always be cast on top of you.

Quest-Related Events

While you're investigating the bodies in the Mortuary, Gethis Omobar will see the Skin-Stealer disguised as his dead wife enter their house. He pursues her, curious to know how his wife has seeemingly awoken from the dead. She tries to kill him, and a Shadowscale intervenes. Gethis escapes while they fight. The surviving Omobar told Halva to find you in the mortuary, and will regale you with his tale when you arrive on the scene.

You must humor Gethis' final request and kill the Skin-Stealer Pyromage, who is still in the house.
