Find rat parts for Adamir
A Bosmer named Adamir, and his associate Timiwe, are attempting to animate an assemblage of rodent parts.


Quick Walkthrough[edit]

  1. Talk to Adamir.
  2. Collect rat parts.
  3. Meet Adamir outside the Fighters Guild.
  4. Put the Stitched Rats in the nearby backpack.

Detailed Walkthrough[edit]

Outside the Marbruk Mages Guild, you will find Adamir and Timiwe sitting at a table. Speak to Adamir. He asks you to help him with an experiment. Said help consists of you collecting parts from dead rats so he can resurrect them. You'll find dead rats all over Marbruk. One is at the base of the stairs leading to the Mages Guild. Another is in the pavilion where the bard is playing. A third rat can be found by the tree in front of The Parchment & Horn. You'll need to loot these dead rats to obtain a Rat Head, Rat Legs, Rat Body, and a Rat Tail. Once you have them all, speak to Adamir outside the Fighters Guild.

He stitches the rats together, then gives you the final product. He then instructs you to put it in his friend Khalima's backpack. The bag is in a corner, a few steps west of the Fighters Guild's main entrance. Once you have placed the rats in the bag, talk to Adamir again.

"The second stage is the most important. What use is magical inquiry if it cannot foster relationships?"
It's done. When will you know the results?
"Excellent! Here's your payment.
I expect our dear friend will be back any moment. So, if you would like to stick around, it's sure to be an entertaining spectacle."

A moment later, Khalima will emerge from the Fighters Guild and open the bag. She will draw her weapon, enraged. A Rodent Thing pops out of her bag, and she chases it around the Fighters Guild, where they both disappear.

Notes[edit]

  • The dead rats don't exist in the city before starting the quest.
  • The icon for the Rat Legs shows a frog leg instead.
  • While the description of the Stitched Rats quest item states there are two of them stitched together, 3 are in your inventory instead.
  • Khalima won't exist in the city before starting the quest or reaching the related objective.
