Current state of the quests and zone

I created a character a few updates maximum prior to update 44 but never finished the Isle of Balfiera quests until post-update 44, in March 2025. I was still in those quests (in the combat tutorial w/the dummy golem) when I logged on again finally. I was the only person on the Isle as far as I could tell. I still got to pick a location at the end (I chose Vvardenfell) and have begun the zone quests there. I'm not exactly sure if anything is different from this point onward regarding having not been to Coldharbour but I've barely been on Vvardenfell, so, yeah.
