Hunter's Rest

Hunter's Rest is a small shack northwest of Falkreath.

The two elk hunters who live here sell various meats and pelts.

This cozy one-room shelter in the hills south of Moss Mother Cavern provides a welcome respite for weary adventurers. Outside, you'll find a cooking spit hanging over a campfire. Several joints of raw venison owned by the hunters are outside and inside the shack. An elk carcass on a table against the west wall of the shack can be freely harvested for its hide, meat, and possibly small or large antlers. Next to the table is a tanning rack, and a wood chopping block is on the east side of the house. A beehive hangs from a flagpole east of the wood chopping block.

Inside the house, a taproot is behind the keg on the table. To the right of the table along the north wall is a row of three empty weapon racks. Two bedrolls lie on the floor to the south, with a copy of the Archery skill book Father Of The Niben between them. An unlocked chest against the east wall contains minor random loot, and beside the chest is a food barrel. Above the chest is a weapon plaque mounted on the wall.
