Uradasou Tistar

Uradasou Tistar is a Dark Elf savant and Oathman of House Telvanni who can be found in the entrance hall of the Tower of Tel Mothrivra. He is the architect in charge of repurposing the old monastery in Tel Mothrivra into a Telvanni tower for Lord Dralothas Omothran. His wife is Tadali Tistar, the doorwarden of the tower.

He wears an expensive shirt, a pair of expensive pants, a pair of expensive shoes, an expensive belt, an expensive ring, a Light Ring, and an Amulet of Health. He wields a Steel Viperblade.

Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
