Template:Update

Summary

Indicates that an article requires updating to reflect the most current state of the content. Pages using this template will be listed in the All Pages Needing Updating category, as well as the namespace's Pages Needing Updating category. In the event that the namespace-specific category doesn't exist, it will be categorized into the Miscellaneous Pages Needing Updating category.

Parameter	Scope	Description
1	optional	A description of the required changes.
2	optional	A shortcut for the section parameter. Putting section as the second argument (without any =) is equivalent to section=yes.
section	optional	If set to yes, the template will say that the section (rather than the whole page) needs updating.
