Suthay-raht are born when Masser is new and Secunda is waning
"When Jode is New and Jone is Waning
Then shall be born the Suthay-Raht
Born to be tested
Among Mother's Others
Fit to endure harsh punishment
Burden bearers, they stand alone
And in the end we will see their triumph."

The Suthay-raht are a bipedal furstock of Khajiit. They are sometimes, incomprehensibly for Khajiit themselves, nicknamed "Ja-Khajiit" or "Ja'Khajiit".[1][2] They are similar in build to the races of man, but like Suthay, they have digitigrade legs.[3] They are typically similar in height to men, but some are said to have trouble fitting through doors.[4] They are completely covered in fur of different colors and patterns and have a tail. Claws are present on hands and feet, and their heads appear very cat-like.[3]

Suthay-raht are known to be good jumpers, agile, sneaky and having a bold spirit. This makes them good adventurers and traders. They are however not as good warriors as Cathay-raht.[5] They are said to be fit to endure harsh punishment, described as burden bearers.[6] Suthay-raht are known to purr and hiss.[7] They also have slight phallic barbs.[UOL 1]

The Suthay-raht furstock was the most common in Morrowind,[8][2] specifically on Vvardenfell, towards the end of the Third Era.[5]
