Bal Gernak

Bal Gernak is a Dark Elf sorcerer and Wizard of Tamriel Rebuilt:Great House Telvanni who can be found in the chambers of his manor in Llothanis. As the the lord of Llothanis, he greatly desires a seat on the Telvanni Council, but was overlooked in favor of Mistress Eldale. If you are a member of House Telvanni, Mistress Eldale's Mouth, Fervas Shulisa, will give you a unique letter to deliver to Bal Gernak to persuade him to stop interfering with the business of the Telvanni Council.

For armor, he wears a set of glass greaves, a pair of glass boots, a pair of glass bracers, and a pair of glass pauldrons. For clothing, he wears an extravagant robe, a pair of extravagant shoes, an extravagant belt, an extravagant ruby amulet, and a pair of exquisite rings. He wields a daedric tanto, and carries 105 gold, a grand soul gem, and a greater soul gem.

In the room to the right as you enter Bal Gernak's chambers, there is a copy of Cowardice of the Enemy on the bookshelf next to Danshar. Levitating to the upper floor from that room, there is a small chest on a shelf on the eastern side of the room containing 3 pearls and other leveled ingredients. In the room where Bal Gernak stands, there is a copy of Charwich-Koniinge, Volume 1 and a Scroll of Windform on the desk. There is also a Silver Staff of Reckoning and a valuable Dwarven Staff in a spear holder to the left of Bal Gernak.
